This portable sawmill comes with two log clamps and two squaring arms to ensure a solid square clamp on your log for every cut. The clamps are moveable if needed and additional squaring arms can be purchased for only $295.00 for a squaring arm/log clamp set.

The main beams are made with 3 x 6 x 3/16" wall twin beam tubing for a heavy duty frame. This assures a straight frame with no twist. The head runs on top of 1” angle iron tracks by way of 3.5" v-track roller CNC machined from solid steel. The standard mill length will cut a 12’ log length. If you need to cut longer, you can order any length mill up to 40' in length. The MP-32 is known as the original 'Heavy Built Mill' for a reason.

The Accu-Trac MP32 portable sawmill comes with one stationary roller guide and one moveable roller guide. The movable guide allows you to keep the guide as near to the log as possible to reduce cut variation. This sawmill cuts against the squaring arms and this gives you the benefit of not having to clamp the logs on every cut, and allows the moveable guide to be on the operator side. Also, we use fully adjustable roller guides as this is absolutely necessary in order to cut accurately and will help prolong blade life. Most mills in this category use cheap roller bearings as guides. They don't last and are a poor substitute for a heavy duty guide system. it may save a little on the cost of a mill but you can bet you will regret having to mess with changing them out and their poor performance.
