Standard Roller Guides and Assemblies

BC Stands for our ‘Bottom’ Control’ jaw. This piece is CNC machined from a solid block of steel with a small block of carbide silver soldered to it. This ‘BC’ jaw acts as a safety when your blade wants to dive in the cut. The carbide does not touch the blade during normal running; it simply acts as a safety. The jaw is fully adjustable with up & down adjustment and 4-way tilting ability. This system comes complete with roller guide. The roller guides all measure 2” o.d. and are specially hardened for long wear life.
This system will require simple welding. On a Cook’s Accu-Trac, or Woodmizer® Sawmills only the roller guide assembly with a bc jaw is required and no welding is necessary.

Fully greasable bearings!

Will fit into 3/4" square face.  Direct Replacement for most Woodmizer setups.

Specially hardened and ground.  Comes with sealed bearings.

Roller guide is 2-1/2" o.d. x 5/8" x i.d.

Bottom Control Jaw for bolting under Cook's Guide System.

Replacement zerk bolt is center drilled and tapped for a grease fitting so you have the ability to grease the Cook's Roller Guides.
This will prolong the life of the bearings and save you money.

Measures 2-3/4" shaft length.

1-1/2" x 3/16" Square Tubing with 3/4" square keyhole.
